Some coffees are simply special. Others are truly rare. RARE RUME brings an exceptional variety to your cup: Sudan Rume from Colombia. Grown at the historic Hacienda Misiones in Cundinamarca, this distinctive coffee comes from an altitude of approximately 1,600–1,800 metres.
Its expressive flavour profile combines juicy apricot and ripe mango with the gentle sweetness of vanilla and Medjool dates. An extraordinary coffee with fruity depth, elegant sweetness and plenty of character.

The Story Behind RARE RUME
Hacienda Misiones has a history dating back to 1899. Located in Mesitas del Colegio, in Colombia's Cundinamarca region, it was once one of the country's significant coffee plantations.
Today, the farm combines its long-standing heritage with modern cultivation and processing methods. Across approximately 40 hectares, 17 different coffee varieties are now grown, including rare selections such as Sudan Rume, Geisha, Moka and Java.
Sustainability is also an important part of the farm's approach. Coffee husks, for example, are turned into worm compost and used to naturally enrich the soil. Fair working conditions and support for the local community are equally part of Hacienda Misiones.
