Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

For consumer transactions, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries of an order, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. It is sufficient for the withdrawal notice to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

• Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
• Goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Use of the form is voluntary. You may also submit your withdrawal notice by email or in writing.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which your withdrawal notice was received by us.

If you expressly chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional costs resulting from your choice.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

4. Return Costs & Liability for Diminished Value

• You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value results from handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed after delivery.
