Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

For consumer transactions, you have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving any reason. It is sufficient that the withdrawal notice is sent within this period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

  • Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The use of the online form is voluntary. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by email or in writing.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the goods are received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier. In the case of partial deliveries, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final item delivered.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments received shall be reimbursed.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was submitted.

Reimbursement of all payments made by the customer, including the original delivery costs, will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.

However, the seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Compensation for Diminished Value

  • The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Please note that the right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.
