AWESOME BLOSSOM is an expressive Farm Fusion coffee from Colombia that combines floral elegance with tropical fruit and vibrant sweetness.

This exceptional combination of Caturra and Bourbon comes from Farm Fusion and was processed using an elaborate Honey Double Lactic Fermentation. The result is an incredibly aromatic coffee with a clear structure, brilliant acidity, and an intense, almost perfumed complexity.

In the cup, lavender, rose, and bergamot take the lead, accompanied by tropical fruits, white peach, elderflower, and lemongrass. Extremely sweet, juicy, and lively – a coffee that stands out without being loud.

The Processing Behind AWESOME BLOSSOM

This coffee went through a complex, multi-stage fermentation process. First, the coffee cherries were fermented anaerobically for 120 hours. After pulping, a second 36-hour fermentation followed in sealed barrels, during which lactic bacteria were deliberately inoculated.

These bacteria originate from a separate fermentation batch, where cherries were previously fermented anaerobically for 72 hours. The resulting must was then further processed in a laboratory to isolate new lactic acids and apply them in a targeted way.

The result: maximum sweetness, floral clarity, and impressive aromatic depth – precise, elegant, and exceptional.
