Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We pack and ship all orders from Monday to Friday.

All orders placed by midnight from Sunday to Thursday are generally shipped within the following 1–3 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:
Austria (1–2 business days) – from €7.00
Germany: Consolidated Shipping (once per week*) – from €9.00
Germany: Standard Shipping (4–8 business days) – from €12.90
EU (4–12 business days) – from €15.00

The available shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Our consolidated shipping to Germany generally takes place once per week, usually on Mondays. Operational circumstances may occasionally result in deviations from this schedule.

We will of course inform you as soon as your order has been shipped.

International Shipping Conditions

We ship throughout the European Union via local postal services or parcel carriers.

The stated delivery times are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier and other circumstances. We cannot guarantee the actual delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, shipping method and order size and are displayed during checkout.

Customs Duties, Fees & Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, our customers generally do not incur import duties.

If we offer shipping to countries outside the European Union in the future, customs duties, import fees, taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please check your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery for any visible damage and completeness.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sqr.coffee. We will take care of the further coordination with the shipping carrier.

The customer's statutory warranty and liability rights remain unaffected. In relation to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods during shipping generally passes to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer only upon delivery.

For deliveries to businesses, the statutory provisions governing the transfer of risk in contracts involving shipment of goods shall apply.
