Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We pack and ship all orders from Monday to Friday.
All orders placed by midnight Sunday–Thursday will be dispatched within the following 1–3 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard:
Austria (1–2 business days) – from €7.00
Germany: Consolidated Shipping (once weekly*) – from €9.00
Germany: Standard Shipping (4–8 business days) – from €12.90
EU (4–12 business days) – from €15.00

Our consolidated shipping service is generally dispatched once per week, usually on Mondays. Operational circumstances may occasionally result in schedule changes.
We will of course notify you as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship throughout the European Union using local postal and parcel delivery services.
Delivery times vary considerably and cannot be guaranteed by SQR Coffee.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
If you would like to place an order exceeding 2 kg, please contact us at hello@sqr.coffee and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

MMC Consulting GmbH is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional charges applied to your order.
Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, import charges, etc.).

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

MMC Consulting GmbH is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
