Every coffee begins with a delicate white blossom. Once pollinated, it slowly develops into a coffee cherry—the starting point of every cup.

🍒 The Coffee Cherry

Over the course of several months, the cherry matures on the coffee tree. Inside, the seeds develop into what we later know as coffee beans.

🌿 Harvest & Picking

Only perfectly ripe cherries can produce exceptional coffee. That's why many specialty coffees are carefully hand-picked, often over several harvesting rounds.

🏔️ Terroir & Variety

Elevation, climate, soil and coffee variety all influence flavour long before roasting ever begins. Great coffee starts with the environment in which it grows.

🧪 Processing & Drying

After harvest, processing shapes the coffee's character. Whether Washed, Natural or Honey, every method highlights different flavour attributes.

🚢 The Journey

Once processed, green coffee begins its journey across the world before finally arriving at the roastery.

🔥 Roasting

Roasting unlocks the coffee's full potential. A great roast reveals the character of origin rather than hiding it.

☕ Cupping

Before coffee reaches your cup, it is professionally tasted and evaluated. During cupping, experts assess aroma, sweetness, acidity, balance and overall quality.

Specialty coffee isn't created by one perfect step. It's the result of hundreds of careful decisions made by farmers, producers, exporters, roasters and coffee professionals along the way.
