After an innovative Honey Process with Co-Fermentation, the coffee is decaffeinated using the gentle Swiss Water® Process. This preserves its natural flavors while creating an incredibly clean, sweet, and vibrant cup.

For NIGHT POP, the coffee cherries undergo a carefully controlled Co-Fermentation before being gently decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process. This chemical-free method removes the caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural sweetness, complexity, and vibrant character.
