Edwin Noreña is no stranger to the specialty coffee scene. With his farm Campo Hermoso in Quindio, Colombia, he sets new standards for modern processing techniques. His coffees are in demand worldwide – no surprise, since his focus is on quality, innovation and clear flavor profiles.
For Cinnamon Swirl, the variety Caturra was used – a particularly aromatic selection that, through the honey process with co-fermentation, develops its sweet and spicy complexity.
The coffee cherries are partially depulped and then placed directly on drying beds without washing – a process that intensifies the natural sugars and spice notes.
The result: a creamy coffee with medium body, gentle sweetness and notes of gingerbread, vanilla and orange, rounded off with a fine cinnamon twist.
