The Story behind Las Brisas & Oscar Gómez

Oscar Gómez, a family man from Ataco, Tolima, took the leap into coffee production 12 years ago. Together with his wife and four children, he built the Las Brisas Farm, which has grown from 6 to 9 hectares. Today, the family cultivates around 38,000 coffee trees at altitudes between 1600 and 1900 meters. Their drive to innovate with new varieties and their commitment to eco-friendly processing methods make Las Brisas a pioneer in the region.

The cherries undergo 24 hours of fermentation in tanks and are then dried on patios for about 30 days. This method preserves the coffee’s exceptional aromas and ensures top quality.
