Right from the first aroma, you’ll notice vanilla, honey and delicate floral notes, followed by a beautifully layered cup with flavors of ripe cherry, red fruits, Belgian chocolate, syrup and a hint of cotton candy. The experience is rounded out by subtle notes of almond, molasses and cola, a gentle citric acidity and a smooth, round body.

The Story Behind Cocktail Cherry Fizz
Finca La Sirena is located in the Quindío region of Colombia near the city of Armenia at an altitude of 1,420 meters. The area is known for its rich soils and high-quality specialty coffees. This is where Geraldine and Juan David founded their project Sens Coffee, focusing on innovative co-fermentation techniques.
The special osmotic dehydration method combines glucose with natural fruit extracts. In this process, water molecules inside the beans are replaced by fruit-infused sugars, allowing flavors to penetrate deep into the bean – without the use of artificial additives.
The result is a coffee with vibrant fruit intensity, silky sweetness and a rounded body – a sensory experience somewhere between cocktail, dessert and specialty coffee.
