Perfect as a classic espresso, with its gentle fruitiness and fine almond and chocolate notes. For best results, we recommend a brewing temperature of 93 °C and an extraction time of 25 seconds.

A blend of 100% Arabica beans from Peru and Guatemala, roasted just beyond the city that gave it its name. Aesthetic bean appearance, medium roast. The crema is light, fine-pored and stable. The first impression brings sweet citrus fruits, plenty of cherry, a hint of vanilla. The finish then reveals sweet waffles with dark chocolate and a burst of glazed fruits on top. A modern espresso with classic roots.
